What does it mean if your best friend chooses her boyfriend of 3 weeks over you?

my best friend for 4 years has had over 10 boyfriends that didnt work out and i been there to pick up the pieces. i tell her as long as shes happy im happy. but now her upcoming birthday i dont have a ride there. so i asked if she could bring me like she usually does but her response was "only if andy doesnt ride with us." and thats very unlikely even though hes 20 years old, has a license, a job, and a car. shes 16! he is not her husband, and shouldnt have to take care of him. not to mention i havent hung out with her in a week and when we do he picks a fight with her when she doesnt text her back in a matter of minutes. shes stuck up his butt, and i cant spend time with my best friend. she lives literally 7 houses down from me. when i told her i cant come unless she takes me she says "oh." my cousins are coming from new jersey to my house and i want her to meet them on saturday, but she cant because Andy is coming over every saturday until forever, or until they break up because they will. did i forget to mention Andy has a 2 year old son? he was on my good list because he made her happy, but now i hate this kid, he needs to grow up and date girls his own age.
