I am not a happy camper. What can I put up to block this?

I have recently begun to do a little tanning for the first time in my fenced backyard. However, later on today I noticed that there was a camera pointed directly at my backyard and attached to the back of my next door neighbors house. I have lived here 11 years with complete backyard privacy but with the way his camera sits attached to the bottom on his roof, it literally is above the privacy fence that we share! It makes me so uncomfortable and my husband told me he noticed it about a week or two ago. I don't like the thought of his camera being able to see over the privacy fence. What can I do to block the camera from being able to see over the fence? The camera is at the bottom of his roof which is high. I might put up a darn tarp! What do you all think?
