Why do I feel disinterested in my boyfriend?

He's a really sweet and caring guy and he's really cute and funny. He's crazy about me and really likes me, he says. I feel terrible but.. We are super different and barely have anything in common. I'm really dedicated and have tons of different interests and I love hanging out with my family and friends. I really care about school and sports and my future career and job. My boyfriend is really lazy and doesn't really care about anything and to be honest, he's really getting on my nerves! I know I can't change how he is, but he's not right for a person like me.. I try to motivate him but nothing works. He literally watches tv everyday all day and I'm always super busy with my family, friends, job, and doing sports and music. He always wants to hang out but I don't have much free time. We hang out a few times a week which is plenty for me but he wants to hang out everyday. He's really clingy and it bothers me. What should I do?? Thanks!! :)
