Do you think I could get my own land, and own house blueprinted and designed to my likeing for �3,000,000?

I have a budget of around �3,000,000 ($4.9Million) and was wondering how much it would cost in total to hire Architects (I think) to allow me to tell them briefly what I want and for them to blueprint it and for me to get it built I'm not talking crazy big mansion, just a nice house, but with personal cool features (Like Curved Walls, and built in Aquariums etc) Do you think �3,000,000 should do it, or am I dreaming too big?
