Help please...social services...?

i'm 17 and live with my parents and 9 yr old brother. my mom is an alcoholic and my dad is deeply in need of mental medications. my house is falling apart (literally holes in the cielings and walls torn apart) and no one is doing anything about it. my mom is psychotic and flipping out about little things that i do, screaming at the top of her lungs and taking things away from me and showing up unannounced places, just really unnecessary ****. no one ever knows where my little brother is and my dad really has no imput on anything bc my mom doesnt try to involve him. keep in mind that there have been 4 children before me who have all moved out before they were 15, so i'm the first teenager shes ever had to deal with. she says i'm the worst kid shes had and shes going to "ship me away". call social services and get her house and kids taken away, or what? help please.
