Help Me Identify This Spider?

My guess would be a wolf spider, and I dunno the black one, but I remember researching this problem before, it was always referred to as a house spider. It's drawn to stuff like the shower, and the humidity in the area. We used some stuff called stardust (or something starry sounding) and we never get them again.
