Whats the best perfume �30 or under? Is Viva La Juicy nice?

Im not very good at describing perfumes lol so i'll just say the ones that i have previously owned are Christina Aguilera, Paris Hilton, Lacoste, Chanel Chance, Victoria Beckham and alot more. I have heard good things about Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy and found one for �29 is this any good because i was thinking of buying it? :)
