I have proof that mammals (and other animals) were not created by an intelligent being?

The laryngeal nerve, is a nerve that, although the larynx is on the top part of the neck, it first passes through the chest and then comes back and connects to the larynx. Now, something like this in a human or in a dog is not that bad, since the route is quite small. This also happens to giraffes however. And this is the funny part. Giraffe's necks are 2 meters (7 ft) long. Which means that the laryngeal nerve is 4 meters (14 ft) long. This goes to prove that something moved in order for this to happen. Then there's fish. Fish have laryngeal nerves that are straight. They also don't have much of a neck. So, as far as evolution is concerned, the larynx (along with other organs) moved up into the top part of the neck in mammals, so the laryngeal nerve travels to the chest and then to the larynx. How would creationists explain this? Did God spill coffee on the blueprints?
