Manufacturing defect.....?? Any lawyers?

Okay so we have the shark steam mop...today it literally exploded, splashing hot water on me, leaving me with a pretty painful and bad burn. My 7 month old niece that I babysit was only feet away and I could not help but think about how she could have been the one affected. I am thinking about suing, however the product does have a scalding warning. Could I claim a manufacturing defect or would that not be considered a legal claim ( in Texas)?
