What can I do to bulk up my body to look buff.?

I am turning 17 in literally a month, but I am still so skinny. I'm a swimmer so I'm actually pretty toned, but I want to bulk up because my entire life people has called my skinny. I'm currently hitting the gyms almost everyday and I'm working really hard. What foods should I eat to help me bulk up. I know to eat lots of meat, but anything else? Any good supplements to help me develop muscles and bulk up? I am 5'8 5'9 maybe 5'10 around there, but I'm only 117 lbs.. See the problem?
