Can anyone help me on Heroes of Might & Magic V?

I'm stuck on the Single Player Custom Game entitled: Hot Pursuit. It's literally impossible, I've played it over 20 times and still haven't gotten more than 7 days into it because I always fail the first quest, which is: Seize the Brigand Village or whatever, but i swear it doesn't exist!! I can't figure out where to go and it's driving me crazy:(
