Guys opinions (girls welcome too but im a girl so I have that point of view) why would he...?

Ok so my husband is horrible with finances and he knows it too. In a span on one month he spent all of his paycheck PLUS overdrafted his bank account $3000, and no honest to god I had NOTHING to do with it, we were seperated at the time. So now he leaves the finances in my hands. I get his check and figure the bills then call him up and try to talk to him about it and he always says "I dont need to know babe, I trust you" ok so I pay the bills then text him to let him know his spending money was transfered to his card (hes an OTR truck driver so he needs money to live on). he asks how much and I tell him. Its usually between $150 to $200, every two weeks. Mind you I get NO spending money. Literally I will have $5 to my name every two weeks. So explain to me why he always bitches about the amount I give him?? He is constantly asking where all the money went. So I try to explain to him the bills: we pay $x amount for mortgage, car, power, etc plus we have to pay back his overdrafts and it leaves his spending amount left and when I try to explain it he says "Oh no I trust you I just thought there should be more..." Why ask me if you dont want an explanation?? I dont get it! It almost makes me feel like he thinks Im hiding money from him...hell I would love to have even $100 to play with every two weeks! Why does he question me but then not listen to my answer?
