What do you think of my hair?

So everyone says I need to cut my hair. but I don't want to!! It's like literally almost to my ankles. I don't want to cut it past my knee, but my hair grows about 20 inches every year. normally I put it up in a bun or put it in a pony tail where it only goes down to my waist. So I need your opinion!!
